His mission was always employed.
Care for the people, His values in sight,
His vision has brought the world JOY!!
Jesus is where our leaders must turn.
Have vision that’s grounded in truth.
Speak for the people in humility and trust–
Give integrity all that its worth!
Visions the key to ignite the soul
As we climb to a higher plain.
Leaders inspire and enable others
So all are sure to gain.
Return for renewal– a vision fix!
Behavior’s your values in action,
Our mission’s the reason we exist–
With vision there’s true satisfaction.
So, where are you going? —Your mission please.
Search— to yourself be true.
With God in your heart, and Jesus as guide,
Good leadership will become you.
